Responsibilities:
-Attend to walk-in customers with a good customer service attitude
-Provide excellent customer service, responding to all types of inquiries to both new prospects and existing clients in a fast and efficient manner to respond to inquiries (email, call-in, walk-in) customers
-Promote the company’s product to customers
-Handling sales inquiries & order
-Tracking of orders
-Housekeeping for the showroom
-Provide after-sales support
-Provide support on administrative matters
-Any other ad-hoc related duties assigned by the Superior

Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-Minimum 1 year of indoor sales or showroom environment working experience
-Knows English & Chinese
-Knows how to use Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $1900-$2200 (Depending on experience)
-Entitled to commission once employee is able to promote products in the showroom
-Working hours: 10.00AM – 6.30PM (Monday to Friday) 9.00AM – 3.30PM (Saturday)
-Rest day: Sunday
-Showroom working environment
