Bubble Tea Crew Member

Responsibility
-Responsible for making milk tea
-Brew drinks for guests
-Prepare desserts, ice cream, etc.
-Ordering for the store, cash register, opening and closing the store and maintaining the hygiene of the store, there are many stores

Requirements
-Min 1 year experience required in F&B fied
– Willing to learn and hands-on
Min SPM and above
*Training will be provided (about 2-3 months)

Remuneration
-Basic Salary $1800-2000 (based on experience) | After probation increase up to $100(Depends on performance)
-Average Salary: $2000-$2300++
-Working hour :
12 hours per day (with 1 hour lunch break)
Shifts as below:
9am-9pm | 10am- 10pm| 2pm-2am
-4 days off per week
-OT x 1.5 per hour (Will only be entitled for OT pay after the 12 working hours)
-Basic salary increment after 3 months(probation period)
-Incentive + bonus depending on outlet sales and individual performance
-Entitled to AL and MC after confirmation
