Responsibilities:
*Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes
*Customers are bilingual – Speak in Tamil /English is a must
*Handling inbound and outbound calls
*Monitoring sales performance and closing sales deal
*Basic Accounts entries for AR ad AP
*Petty cash entries and all invoice and CN in Xero software (Training provided)
*Used accounting software before, giving training in Xero Software
*Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
*Fees collection and updates, sending reminder
*Admin related task
*Other Adhoc and related Job

Requirement:
*Minimum Diploma and above
*Minimum 2 years of accounts experience
*Excellent communication skills and selling ability highlight the needs of the customers
*The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
*Working knowledge of excel and use of google drive to key in the customer info

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000- $2500 (Depending on the experience)
*Working Hours: 11am – 8pm (Can be either 5 or 6 days work week)
*Required to work on weekends and Public Holiday Off on a weekday or Alternate Sunday
*Attractive commission
*Average earning up to $4k
*Entitled 10 days of Annual Leave
