Responsibilities:
1.Support and lead team in running of daily cafe operations
2.Respond to email and social media enquiries in a timely manner
3.Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
4.Offer friendly and efficient services to all customers and attending to their needs,complaints and enquiries on various platforms(eg:Email/Instagram)
5.Champion the maintenance and upkeep of outlet facilities,facilitating maintenance and improvement works where necessary
6.Work closely with the management team to be aware and updated on all Sales/Marketing activities
7.Processing of orders from stockists and communicating to relevant team members to coordinate fulfilment
8.Assist in inventory management,ordering stocks and ensuring latest products are updated in the POS system
9.Assist in all internal and external events
10.Ensure that the display is fully stocked and can meet the menu at all times,notifying the Operation Manager or kitchen staff of any shortage
11.To be familiar with all items on the menu

13.Check that all cafe facilities,equipment or furnishing are in good order and to report any damage
14.Able to manage cost and inventory
15.Follow the normal operating plan,ensuring correct opening and closing times and setting up and clearing down as required
16.Ensuring the completion of daily financial paperwork and cash handling and that all expenditure is covered by an invoice or receipt

Requirement:
-Must be able to speak good English
-Min 4 years of experiences in relevant field
-Min Diploma and above

Remuneration:
Basic Salary: $3000-$3500
Working Hours: Based on 44 hours work week ( will be determined by employer)
5 days’ work week
OT x 1.5 per hour
