Retail Assistant

Responsibilities:
-Entertain walk-in customer with excellent customer service and experience
-Employer will provide training for Chinese medicine knowledge
-Ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction
-Inventory management
-Handle customer requests, enquirers and follow-ups
-Daily housekeeping duties

Requirements:
-Minimum N Level and above
-Prefer candidates with retail working experience
-Positive attitude
-Able to liaise with Chinese customer
-Employer have a 3 months bond, if candidate resign within 3 months from start work date, candidate will have to pay 1 month salary back to employer as penalty. Employer is very nice and want to avoid job hopper.

Remuneration
-Basic salary $1800
-Working hour: 11.00am-8.30pm (Mon to Sat), 11am-5.30pm (Sun)
-5.5 working days
-Rest day arrange by employer (normally on a weekday)
-Annual leave 7 days, reach anniversary to be add 1 day until max 14 days
-Lunch and dinner provided
-Normally 7.30pm dinner, after finish cleaning then can go back.
-Air-con environment
