Responsibilities :

1. Issue invoices and quotations
2. Sales invoices and purchase invoices filing and efiling
3. Project documents managing and filing
4. Need to learn different materials ( plywood, laminate, hardware…) and place order from suppliers
5. Managing workers’ working hours/ leave record
6. Prepare pre show and po show report for each project
7. Managing claim sheet
8. Company website management
9. Other ad-hoc assigned by managers
10. Working hour: 8:30am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri); 8:30am – 12:00pm (Sat)

Requirements :

1. Have good comprehension in English and Chinese (preferred)
2. At-least 1 years of experience in admin or similar role
3. Proficient in MS Excel/ Powerpoint/ Word
4. Organized, meticulous and analytical
5. Independent and ability to work under pressure
6. Has passion in learning and fast learner
