Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

Responsibilities
*To handle tendering process such as sourcing Quote, measurement, quantities taking off etc.
*To carry out necessary preparation & arrangement for tender submission.
*To study, understand & interpret requirement for the tender submission.
*Able to handle project from award of contract till completion including Final Accounts.
*Job scope include handling & awarding of sub contracts, progress claims etc.

Requirements
*At least O-level and above
*Proficient in MS Office & Power Point Presentation
*Minimum 2-3 years Quantity Surveyor experience in construction industry
*Candidates that can use AUTOCAD software preferred

Remuneration
*Basic salary: $3000-$4000(depending on experience)
*5 days work week
*Working hours: 9.00am-6.00pm (Monday – Friday)
*Rest days: 8 days per month
*Entitled to annual leave, medical leave
*Entitled to salary increment & bonus (depends on performance)
