Responsibilities
*Organize and assist recruitment & training
*Process payroll and CPF submission
*Handling employee onboarding and off-boarding processes
*Application, renewal & cancellation of Work Passes
*BCA Coretrade & Licensing submissions
*Monitoring & processing of Vehicle Road tax, Inspection, season parking etc
*Liaise with Dormitory regarding Foreign Workers’ issues
*Filing of IR8A & IR21 & Foreign Worker Levy Waiver
*Government funding application; GPCL, GPPL, NS Portal, etc
*Manage office and pantry supplies
*Assist Management Representative in ISO, Bizsafe audit
*Monitoring and liaising with Government rules and regulations on Covid-19 Advisor
*Other adhoc admin duties

Requirements
*Minimum O level
*Must have minimum 2 years HR experience in Construction Sector
*Willing to work in a SME environment
*Able to work independently with little supervision, meticulous, multi-tasking, hardworking, possess full initiative & commitment in daily role and flexibility in problem solving
*Proficient in computer software such as MS Office
*Good team player with positive & bubbly personality
*Able to start within short notice or immediate will be an advantage

Remuneration
*Basic Salary $2500 – $3500
*Working Hour 8:30AM – 5:30PM (Monday to Friday); 8:30AM – 12:30PM (Alternate Saturday)
*Benefits upon confirmation: 10 days annual leave (1 additional day up to 14 days), 14 days medical leave, Medical claim, Dental reimbursement, and AWS based on performance and company discretion
