Responsibilities:
-Responsible for cooking and food preparation in a timely manner and according to the established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
-Ensure compliance to food safety, highest quality of food and hygiene standards at all times
-Ensuring that the kitchen is up to safety and cleanliness standard
-Cleaning of food preparation areas and kitchen equipment.
-Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
-Min O level and above
-Able to work in a fast paced environment
-Relevant experience in Japanese Cuisine will be an added advantage
-Self-motivated, discipline with good interpersonal and organizational skills
-Possess basic command of English for communication
-Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
-Able to start work immediately or with short notice period
-Must possess food Hygiene Certs (If dont have, company will arrange cdd to attend)

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $1900-$2500 (Depend on experiences)
-Working hours: 44 hours scheduled by Head Chef (Split Shift Work)
-6 days work week
-Shop operating hours: 11:30am–2:30pm, 6pm –10pm
-Entitles AL and ML
