Responsibilities:
‒ Provide assistance to outlet manager in all operational needs
‒ Provide all briefings and participate in training
‒ Welcoming guests, introducing menu and signature items
‒ Ensure expedient service of food and beverages to the guest
‒ Maintain the highest quality, consistent standard of customer experience
‒ Handle of complaints and service recovery according to company policies
‒ Stock management for placing all orders
Requirement:
– Minimum Degree Level and above
– 1-2 year experience in relevant is MUST
– Prior experience in kitchen role
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary:$2900
*Working Hours: 1200hrs to 2200hrs (Tue-Sat/Wed-Sat), Sunday is 1200hrs to 2000hours, with 1-hour break (Subject to different outlets)
‒ Alternative of 5 days and 6 days / 46 hours a week
‒ Need to work on weekends and Public Holidays
‒ 8 days of Annual leave
‒ Public holidays working can be convert to Annual leaves (11 days a year)
‒ Staff drinks & Uniform provided
