BEVERAGE TEAM LEAD

Responsibilities:
‒ Brew coffee using various brewing method: Espresso, Cold brew
‒ Provide all briefings and training to staffs
‒ Replenish items and ingredient (Garnishes, fruit cutting, toppings, etc.)
‒ Prepare and serve all drinks on current Café Menu
‒ Maintain the highest quality, consistent standard of coffee & drinks menu
‒ Maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring stock is up to date
‒ Take in charge of Beverage team

Requirement:
– Minimum O Level and above
– 1 year experience in relevant is MUST
– Prior experience in kitchen role

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary:$2300 – $2500 (Depends on experience)
*Working Hours: 1200hrs to 2200hrs (Tue-Sat/Wed-Sat), Sunday is 1200hrs to 2000hours, with 1-hour break (Subject to different outlets)
‒ Alternative of 5 days and 6 days / 46 hours a week
‒ Need to work on weekends and Public Holidays
‒ 8 days of Annual leave
‒ Public holidays working can be convert to Annual leaves (11 days a year)
‒ Staff drinks & Uniform provided
