Responsibilities:
‒ Production of candies, creams, and other preparation works
‒ Attend all briefings and participate in training
‒ Cook & Decorate on current Café menu
‒ Follows existing recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
‒ Maintain the highest quality, consistent standard of sweet & savory Cafe menu
‒ Provide support in curating and launching new Cafe menu
‒ Maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring stock is up to date

Requirement:
– Minimum O Level and above
– 1 year experience in F&B setting is MUST
– Prior experience in kitchen role

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary:$2300 – $2800 (Depends on experience)
*Working Hours: 1200hrs to 2200hrs (Tue-Sat/Wed-Sat), Sunday is 1200hrs to 2000hours, with 1-hour break (Subject to different outlets)
‒ Alternative of 5 days and 6 days / 46 hours a week
‒ Need to work on weekends and Public Holidays
‒ 8 days of Annual leave
‒ Public holidays working can be convert to Annual leaves (11 days a year)
‒ Staff drinks & Uniform provided
