Responsibilities:
Mainly assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing and managing the branch.
*Formulating strategies and improve policies of the company
*Assist to create good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying areas that needs training and action to support it
*Maintain high level of customer service
*Orient and train employees so as to ensure that each individual has a complete understanding of the company’s policies by using the operations training manual
*Ensure that daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed
*Ensure that overall store image is maintained and the brand is well represented at all times
*Communicate daily and act as liaison between operations staff and management
*Provide coordination and services for both kitchen and service
*Assist in other F&B areas if the need arises.
Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*1-2 years of relevant experience
*Excellent in Organised, communication, and customer service skills
Must signed 1 year Bond
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000
*OT allowance per month $600
*Working Hours: 10am – 8pm / 11am- 9pm (Subject to different outlets)
* 6 days work week, 4 off days per month
*Need to work on weekends and Public Holidays
*Entitled 8 days Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
