Responsibilities:
You are required to carry out duties faithfully and diligently for the interest of the company. The duties include:-
*Establish rapport with trainees
*Communicate with customers, under their needs and answer their queries.
*Handle and resolve customers’ negative feedback
*Ensure a wonderful experience for our customers to increase customer retention, Handling phone enquiries with etiquette
*Provide coordination and services for both kitchen and service
*Mainly assist the Manager and Supervisor in overseeing and managing the branch.
*Assist to create good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying areas that needs training and action to support it
*Schedule customers’ appointments and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:
*Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or Management
*2-3 years of experience will be advantage
*Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
*Proficiency in MS Office
*Excellent Verbal, written and communication skills
*Must signed 2 years Bond

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2700
*OT allowance per month $300
*Working Hours: 10am – 8pm / 11am- 9pm (Subject to different outlets)
* 5 days work week, 6 off days per month
*Need to work on weekends and Public Holidays
*Entitled 8 days Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
