Responsibilities:
-Provide remote and onsite IT support to customers.
-Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs and devices
-Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve basic technical hardware and software issues
-Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users
-Respond to queries either in person, by email, chat or phone
-Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved and close the support case.
Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in IT
-Minimum of 1-year experience in L1 IT Support
-Working Experience/ Technical knowledge on Windows 10 and above, MS Office, Windows Active Directory basic user administration
-Basic Network knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi)
-Knows English and Mandarin
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2500-$2800 (depending on experience)
-Working Hours: 9.00AM – 6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
-Entitled to transport claim (if need to go onsite to customers’ office) and mobile allowance
-Entitled to 14 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave
