Responsibilities
*To attend to customer’s inquiries either through phone calls or through emails. To understand customer’s needs and requirements and to propose suitable solutions. To follow up with written quotations;
*To liaise with customers on post-sales activities such as schedule to install, warranty repairs, ad-hoc repairs, scheduled servicing and etcs.
*To prepare invoices and to send to customers their monthly statement of account and follow up with them on payments;
*To attend to walk-in customers at the showroom;
*To coordinate with field service technicians on customer’s requirements and to prepare the parts required and to update the inventory system.
*To do periodic documentation and filing of service chits and to update service records.

Requirements
*Min SPM
*Min 1 year admin experience
*Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
*Willing to learn product knowledge
*Able to read and speak basic English

Remuneration
*Basic Salary $1800 – $2000
*Working hour 8:15AM – 5:30PM (Monday to Friday); 8:15AM – 12:30PM (Saturday)
*After probation, entitle to 10 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave and medical benefits
*Bonuses of between 0.5 to 1 month every 4 month
