Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
*Accountable for customer satisfaction with service provided in his/ her store
* To meet the standards, goals and KPIs set by the company
* Develop a keen knowledge on trends, products, and collection
* Participate in transfer of knowledge to the team, providing fashion advice to customers
*Understand customer needs, seek multiple ways to meet our customer needs and requests to maximise sales
*Able to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with customers
* Ensure that the stores apply to the visual merchandising guidelines and instructions set by company
*Maintain store image through consistent and detailed housekeeping as well as staff compliance to grooming standards
*Give and obtain information to/ from other managers and customer needs, product defects, selling difficulties

Requirement:
*GCE ʻNʼ/’O’ Level / NITEC/SPM
*Strong interest in fashion-styling
*Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
*Interested in Sales and enjoys meeting people
*Available to work retail hours, including weekends & public holidays

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2300
*Working hour: 10am – 10pm / 11am- 10pm (retail working hour, subject to different outlets)
*5 days work week
*Uniform provided
*Entitle to annual leave & medical leave
