Responsibilities:
· To be aware of financial, department targets and lead team members towards achieving objectives
· To train and coach individual team members to develop their skills, delivery of service excellence, maximize performance for highest productivity
· Plan and adjust staff duty rosters in accordance with the business and productivity guidelines to ensure outlets are always manned effectively.
· Ensure strict adherence to standards operating procedures, health & food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements, regulation compliance, and practices
· Ensure strict adherence to stock control procedures, conduct regular stock checks to ensure availability of bar stock to cater for guests’ requests.
· Ensure cleanliness and functionality of bar equipment are consistently maintained
· Stay current with relevant legislation regarding service of alcohol and licensing
· Recommend, upsells all promotional items appropriately to all guests.
· Plan requisitions of beverages for the Bar and special order for any special event to ensure profitable margins.
· Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirement:
– Minimum 3 years relevant working experience of F&B Management experience in Bar
– Possess Diploma in Operations Management / Hospitality / Food & Beverage Services Management or related field
– Able to instill strong safety and sanitation habits
– Creative and innovation
– Resourceful with excellent management, interpersonal and customer service skills
– Team player with strong leadership skills
– Proficient in Ms Office Applications
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $3,500 to $4,500(depends on experience)
*Working Hours: 44 hours, shift work, (exactly timing can ask during interview)
*6 days’ work week
*Entitle Annual leave, medical Leave, (More benefit only will reveal during interview)
