Marine Engineer

Responsibilities:
-Perform troubleshooting, planning, repair works, maintenance and complete overhauling of diesel generator/engine on -site/workshop.
-Perform load test and start-up of generator sets
-Prepare service/technical reports.
-Perform commissioning for diesel generator and engines.
-Prepare parts requirement in accordance to repair and maintenance
-Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
-Perform other ad hoc jobs as required by reporting Manager

Requirements:
-Diploma / Higher NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical / Marine Engineering or equivalent
-At least 2 years of working experience on Diesel Generators with some electrical knowledge.
-Preferably working in the Marine industries
-Candidate should possess a good understanding of the Marine system
-Familiar with Engines and Gen-set operating principles
-Possess knowledge in electronic governor control / engine controller setting
-Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $2500-$3200 (depending on experience)
-Working hours: 8.30AM-5.30PM (Monday – Friday) 8.30AM-1.00PM (Alternate Saturday)
-Entitled to annual leave and medical leave benefites
