Quantity Surveyor

Responsibility:
– Understanding ,Review and well versed in preparing contract document and drawing.
– Provide measurement, cost evaluation and quotation support for engineering projects.
– Preparing Monthly progress claim and certification to Sub contractor claim in a timely manner.
– In order to ensure the accuracy of monthly claim, it is necessary to measure data on site.
– Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other engineering/construction related course or above.
-Minimum 1 year Quantity Surveyor working experience in construction sector.
-Good interpersonal & communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, words etc)
-Knows AUTOCAD

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2000 – $2800 (depending on experience)
-Working Hour: 8.30AM – 5.30PM (Monday to Friday) 8.30AM – 1.00PM (Saturday)
-Entitled to alternate saturday after probation
-Air-con working environment
-10 days Annual Leave, 14 days Medical Leave
