Responsibilities:
1.Assist in the opening of the kitchen
2.Execute daily operational tasks in accordance to staff roaster
3. Maintain records of inventory and supplies
4.Performing all steps of our production:inspecting beans,sorting,roasting,cracking,winnowing,starting batches,tempering,foiling bars and packaging
5.Tasting and evaluating chocolate bars and other chocolate products(eg:drages,barks,spreads etc)to match business needs
6.Check on storage conditions for all bars and products
7.Perform routine maintenance of all machines
8.Maintain a clean,well organized work environment
Requirement:
-Able to start work immediately
-Min 1-2 years pastry experiences
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2200
*Working Hours:8am to 6pm
*5 days’ work week (Might change to 4 days work week once enough manpower; off days to be determined during interview-work on weekend, based on shift
*OT x 1.5 per hour
*Entitled to 15% off for staff discount
*Entitled to $350 per annum for medical coverage
*Entitled Annual and Medical Leave
