Responsibilities:
*Handle the PABX system and the routine telephone operation functions
Operate the audio and PA system
*Ensure that updated copies of newsletters, circulars and Bye-laws are always available upon request
*Check and replenish First Aid Kit.
*Register of guests and issue of official receipts, debit notes, membership application forms and enrolment forms for sports/social activities.
*Issue car labels to members and HODs.
*Attend to members’ feedback & incidents in the Club that requires the Management’s attention during the Club’s official operation hours.
*Make random checks at various facilities to ensure that members comply with the Club’s Constitution and Bye-laws.
*Attend to potential members’ requests on Club tours.
*Attend Operations Meetings in the absence of Duty Manager.
*Any other related duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirement:
*Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
*At least 3 years hospitality experience with good computer knowledge will be preferred
*Excellent members relation and problem solving skills
*Confident with a pleasant disposition and well groomed
*Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts (No midnight shift)
*Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2500 – $3000
*Working Hours: 2 shift- 11.30am- 2.30pm, 17.30am-9.30pm / 11.30am-7.30pm (5.5 days work week)
*$300 Housing allowance
*Entitled 14 days of Annual Leave and 14 Medical Leave
*AWS / Bonus (Depending on performance)
