Responsibilities:
-Ensure that the work station is set up before the shift commences.
-Ensure sufficient stock of food ingredients for daily production.
-Ensures that all products used for dishes are of a high standard.
-Ensures that all health, safety legislation and guidelines are implemented, adhered to and
reviewed regularly.
-Maintains cleanliness of all areas after service.
-Manage food cost, food wastage and quality control to achieve agreed food cost, wastage targets and guidelines.
-Assisting preparation of meal ingredients, peeling, cutting, vegetables poultry and meat

Requirements:
-Minimum N Level and above
-Minimum 1 year Chef/Cook working experience
-Knows how to prepare western food like salad, pasta, pizza, chicken chop, beef steak, club sandwich, burgers etc
-Knows basic English
-Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Remunerations:
-Basic Salary: $2000-$2300 (depending on experience)
-Meals provided on working days
-Working Hours: 11.00AM-9.30PM
-5 days work week
-Rest day: 2 days a week (to be assigned by employer, restday will be on weekdays)
-Shopping mall working environment
-Uniform provided
-Annual Leave: 7 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 14 days
