Responsibilities:
-Ensure that all documentation and filing is kept up to date
-Accounting data entry and proper filing of documents
-Assist in providing basic accounting and admin duties
-Assist in preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes
-Handle office and operation administration duties
-Bank Reconciliation
-Prepare monthly financial and management reports
-Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
– with relevant working experiences (Admin and basic account)
-Basic conversational English and Chinese
-Knows how to use Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook etc
-Able to start work immediately / short period
-Must stay in Singapore

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2000 – $2200
-Working Hours: 9.00AM – 6.00PM (Monday to Friday) 9.00AM – 1.00PM (Saturday)
-Aircon working environment
-Annual Leave: 7 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 14 days
