Support Technician

Job Description:

• To perform basic hardware installation and testing;

• To provide phone and email support to our clients

• To do daily reports for work progress

Requirements:

• ‘O’ level/ SPM or NITEC in Mechatronics Engineering

• Experience in Automotive will be an added advantage

• Able to speak and write in English & Mandarin

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and clock extra hours when required

• Very hands-on and have basic knowledge on microsoft word, excel and powerpoint

• Fast learner

• Able to start work immediately or on short notice

• Willing to travel

Benefits:

• Salary $1600 – $2300 based on experience

• Transport subsidy of $5/ shift (for site deployment)

• 13th month bonus (AWS)

• 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm)

• OT X 1.5

• PH x 2

• 7 days annual leaves and with incremental of 1 day per year of service, capped at 14 days.
