Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the day-to-day operational accounting activities
-Assist in accounting and administrative job
-Assists in basic accounting tasks, eg. Accounts payables/ receivables
-Filing and mails handling
-Process invoice, including INV-DO matching,filing,mailing and emailing
-Post customer payments by recording cash, cheques and credit card transactions
-Maintain customer files and records-Investigate and resolve customer queries
-Others ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-Knows basic AP/AR
-Minimum 2 years working experience with accounting background
-Knows English and Chinese
-Knows how to use Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook etc
Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $2200-$2400 (depending on experience)
-Working hours: 8.30AM-5.30PM (Monday-Friday) 8.30AM-12.30PM (Saturday)
-Aircon working environemtn
-Entitled to 14 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave
