Service Crew

Responsibilities:
• Clearly and politely communicate with guests
• Communicate respectfully and clearly with service team
• Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests
before, during, and after service
• Ensure consistent level of satisfaction for all customers in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure seamless level of operations in the restaurant
• Provide good customer service to every customer Requirements

Requirements:
• Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat.
• English, optionally Mandarin

Remuneration:
• Basic Salary: $2100 (Depends on experience)
• Working Hour: 12:00pm-11:00pm
• 6 days work week
• Rest day: Employer decide
• Air-condition restaurant with outdoor area
• Entitled AL (7 days) & ML
