Responsibilities:
– Assist the Head chef in food preparation, cleanliness and stock monitoring
– Preparing ingredients for use in cooking.
– Communicating with other members of the kitchen staff to coordinate tasks
– Ensure that food items are prepared in a timely manner
Requirements:
– Diploma in Culinary or related discipline
– Must have a passion and talent in culinary
– Able to work well within a Team and be versatile and consistent in their meal preparations.
– Having a specialty in Western Cuisine as well as ability to prepare Local Cuisine will be a bonus.
Remunerations:
– Basic Salary: $2100 (Depends on experience)
– Working Hour: 12:00pm-11:00pm
– Rest Day: Employer decide
– 6 days work week
– Kitchen environment
– Entitled AL (7 days) & ML
