Responsibilities:
*Promoting skincare products
*Provide customer service beyond expectations
*Achieving set targets
*Attending to customers’ enquiries
*Book appointments and perform skincare consultation for customers
*Follow up on customers after product purchase via telephone and mail to ensure product satisfaction
*Handling customer complaints and product returns
*Display counters according to the marketing focus of the month
*Maintain high level of hygiene and cleanliness of counters, testers and display items
*Uphold and follow the grooming standards of the company
*Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:
*Basic conversational English
*Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in beauty industry
*Experience in cashiering in boutiques/POS
*Pleasant-looking
*Passionate in Beauty and Service industry

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1500 to $1900 (Depending on experience)
*Monthly commission of at least $300, if hit target will be higher
*$120 Grooming allowance
*$100 No lateness allowance
*Monthly Average Salary: $2020 and above
*Working Hours: 8 hours shift/day (between 10am to 10pm), 6 days off per month, to be rostered by Manager
*Entitled to 14 days Annual Leave and Medical Leave
*Entitled to dental benefits, $400 quarterly of company products, employee discounts, marriage leave + angbao, newborn gifts
*Entitled to AWS and Variable Bonus
