Responsibilities:
-Prepare full set financial statements(GL,AR,AP)
-Monthly bank reconciliation
-Quarterly GST submission
-Claims reimbursement
-Prepare payment for suppliers(GIRO/Cheque)
-Prepare SOA and send to debtors(maintain aging of AR)
-Payroll processing(Overtime process on mid-month & salary process on end-month)
-Foreign workers matter(Apply/renew work permit,arrange medical check up,maintain CSOC/Core trade/security bond expiry date etc)
-Annual leave & medial leave record
-Insurance(renew WIC,Public liability,Foreign worker medical,Motor Vehicle insurance)
-Prepare quotation and issue invoice
-CPF submission,IR8A,IR21 submission
-Ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
-Min 2 years of relevant experiences
-Bilingual in English and Mandarin
-Know how to use Autocount & Opensoft Payroll software (preferred) else knowledge of other similar accounting and payroll software can be considered
-Know how to use Microsoft Office
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2,300 – $3,500 ( Depending on experiences)
-Working Hours: 9am- 630pm
-Monday to Friday
-Entitled to 10 days Annual Leave and Medical Leave
