Process Technician

Responsibilities:
*Work with Manager, Supervisors and Technician to design, develop, and improve processes
*Troubleshoot process problem to minimize machine downtime and achieve optimum product quality.
*Review existing processes, analyze production processes, and identify potential process improvement plan
* Implement improvements project, automation project, Reinvent project
* Establish proper work instruction and process control/documentation
* Increase productivity and reduce rejection rate through automation
*Work closely with production and maintenance teams on process improvement
*Understand EHS knowledge, 5S discipline
*Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management

Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
*2 to 3 years manufacturing experience

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2300 – $2500
*Working Hours:8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday)
*Housing allowance $300 (For those who stay in SG)
*Attendance allowance @ $45
*Apparel allowance @ $140 per year
*Might need to call back for OT during the weekends
*Entitled 11 days of Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
