Job Description:
-TO ASSIST IN THE CS DEPT REPORTING TO TEAM MANAGER
-MUST BE SELF MOVITATED AND ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
-MUST HAVE THE PASSION IN LEARNING AND TO ACCEPT THIS TASK
-SOME KNOWLEDGE IN AIR AND SEA LOGISTICS IS AN ADVANTAGE
-TO HANDLE ALL BOOKINGS FOR BOTH AIR AND SEA
-TO LIAISE WITH AIR AND SEA CARRIERS
-TO LIAISE WITH CUSTOMERS
-TO HANDLE ALL SEA DOCUMENTATION WORK LIKE BOOKINGS, BL ETC
-Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
-Qualifications: Min. GCE ‘O’ Level and above
– Able to handle computer & Microsoft office
– Able to work independently with initiative
– Must have Customer Service Experience
– Knows English and Chinese
– Able to work in a pressure and fast-paced environment
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2300 – $2800 (depending on experience)
-Monday to Friday, *5 DAYS – WEEK FROM 0900 TO 1800 HOURS
*Annual leave 7 days (Yearly increase one day, max 14 days)
*Entitle AWS (depending company performance)
