Responsibilities:
-Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
-Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
-Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
-Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
-Handle questions or complaints.
-Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts
Requirements:
*Training will provided
*Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
*Speaking and listening skills
*Multi-tasking and time management skills
*Prioritization skills
*Attention to detail
*Must be able to read, write and speak simple English and Malay is a must
Remuneration:
*Basic salary: $2000-$3500 (Before Probation Employer will offer $2000 and after probation confirmed get increment, commission can discuss with employer during interview.)
*6 days work week
*Working Hours, 11.30am-7pm (Mon-Sat)
*Rest day: 4 days per month
*Entitle to annual leave and medical leave
* Guaranteed annual bonuses of 0.5 to 2 times monthly salary depending on company’s profit. (After 1 year working in the company)
*Salary increment depends on performance
