Responsibilities:
*Organize and assist recruitment & training
*Maintain and updating staff personnel information & employee records (Zoho & CRM).
*Process payroll and CPF submission
*Process Letter of Employment & Confirmation
*Handling employee onboarding and off-boarding processes
*Application, renewal & cancellation of Work Permit, S Pass & Employment Pass
*Repatriation of workers
*BCA Coretrade & Licensing submissions
*Training Matrix & Course Funding Application
*Foreign Medical, WIC, PL, Project Insurance, Vehicle & Machinery Insurance
*Monitoring & processing of Vehicle Road tax, Inspection, season parking etc
*Liaise with Dormitory regarding Foreign Workers’issues
*Filing of IR8A & IR21 & Foreign Worker Levy Waiver
*Government funding application; GPCL, GPPL, NS Portal, etc
*Manage office and pantry supplies
*Assist Management Representative in ISO, Bizsafe audit
*Other adhoc admin duties

Requirements:
*Min “O” level or “N” level and above
*3 -5 years of relevant working experience or related field required for this position
*Must have experience in construction sector
*Willing to work in a SME environment
*Able to work independently with little supervision, meticulous, multi-tasking, hardworking, possess full initiative & commitment in daily role and flexibility in problem solving
*Proficient in computer software such as MS Office
*Good team player with positive & bubbly personality
*Able to start within short notice or immediate will be an advantage
*Required language: English and Chinese

Remunerations:
*Basic Salary; $2,500-$3,500
*Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri); 8:30am-12:30pm (Alt Sat)
*Rest Days: 4 day per month
*Entitled AL & ML
