Responsibilities:
*Answering of phone calls, taking care of reservations and confirmed seating
*Providing excellent customer service- Greet guests, assist to be seated
*Find out from guest if they have any special food dietary
*Gather information of guest for records purpose
*To assist manager to relieve his duties, example: stepping in to serve food when it’s getting super busy
*Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirement:
*1-2 years in F&B experience will be advantage
*Passionate, cheerful, positive attitude and excellent team player
*Able to communicate Fluent in English
*Physically fit and able to stand on feet for long hours
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2500- $3000
*Working Hours: 10am – 10.30pm (6 days work week)
*Off on every Monday
*Meals provided
*Entitled 14 days Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
