Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities:
*Generate production schedule/plans to fulfil customer orders & lead time
*Monitor production status & coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete work order for on-time delivery
*Ensure resources and materials readiness with through follow-up on productions plans
*Review work order schedule and determine priorities & schedule to ensure on-time delivery
*Provide support in production activity control to meet production objectives, eg: cost saving & process improvement
*Analyse order forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement based on Sales Trend
*Analyse & monitor materials monthly forecast accuracy, handle aging & obsolete material
*Regular updates Sales Team on slow moving stocks & machine capacity
*Perform daily material purchase order activities to Purchaser
*Work closely with the Purchaser on materials JIT program & ways to minimize aging materials
*Execute actions for rework as advised by QC
*Perform yearly stock take and update the physical record into the system
*Generate monthly report & other duties as assigned

Requirement:
*Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Production Planning / Supply Chain Management / Project Management would be desirable
*Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
*Strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills with cross- functional, time management skills, problem solving skills
*Meticulous, responsible, organized & good team player
*Strong understanding & ability to manage Engineering Change Order & possess manufacturing process knowledge
*Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
*Bilingual in both English and Mandarin

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000 – $2600
*Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (5 days work week)
*Entitled 14 days of Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
