零售销售助理

Responsibilities:
*Perform cashiering duties (Cash Registers, NETs, Credit Cards)
*Process return transactions
*Update price and product labelling
*Merchandising and housekeeping of display and cashier counter
*Provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service
*Address customer queries and assist in processing orders and all aspects of sales and customer service
*Take initiative to generate sales and develop customer relationships
*Commit to working with others on the floor to optimize opportunities to drive sales
*Assist with coordinating incoming stock, liaising with vendors; and
*Perform general clerical and administrative tasks

Requirement:
*1-2 years of retail experience preferred
*No experience in retail, willing to learn are welcome to apply
*Able to speak and understand basic English
*Must be Customer Service oriental, positive attitude and team player

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1800 – $2000
*Working Hours: 9am – 6pm
*1 Off day every 2 weeks
*Off on all Public Holiday
*Entitled 10 days of Annual Leave and 14 days of Medical Leave
*AWS / Bonus depending on the performance
