Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support sales and operations team
– Answering and directing enquires to relevant sales personnel
– Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
– Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain best discount
– Assist sales personnel to tabulate costing, prepare and submit quotations and tender documents
– Prepare necessary documents prior to commencement of projects and submit to customers
– Prepare work done report and handover documents to customer upon completion of projects
– Check and submit works order for billing
– Maintain proper documentation for each project
– Able to read drawings will be added advantage
– Other responsibilities as requested by Superior
– Dynamic, energetic, initiative and ability to work well under pressure
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
– Minimum ITE, “O” / “A” level or Diploma in Building Maintenance, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
– Minimum 3 years experiences in the same capacity
– Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the same capacity
– Proficiency in Auto Cad will be added advantage

Remunerations:
– Basic Salary: $2500-$2800
– Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Sat)
– 6 days work
– Rest Days: 4 days per month
– OT: 1.5
– Entitled Annual Leaves and Medical Leaves
