Sales Coordinator (Indoor Sales)

Responsibilities
*Handle sales enquiry and customer’s purchase order
*Process sales quotation, sales order, and purchase order
*Liaison with customer on product quality and delivery
*Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
*Arrange shipment accordance to sales order
*Retrieve mill test certificates when require
*Monitor and assist the Finance Dept. in collecting payment from the customers
*Assign tasks given by departmental head and directors

Requirement
*Min O-Level and above
*At least 2 years’ experience in the sales of hardware products or electrical items, especially in the oil & gas industry
*Knowledge of MS Office applications
*Good analytical mind and planning skills

Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $2000-$3000
*Working hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am-5pm
*5days work week
*Entitles AL and ML
