数控机床安装员兼机械师

Job description (Duties):
1)Set up and operate machines, including adjusting speeds and feeds, use of proper tooling and fixtures to produce parts according the drawings
2)Able to edit programs, change offsets and reduce set up time to improve the efficiency of the machining process
3)Read and interpret part prints
4)Use of precision measuring and gaging instruments to check the parts for accuracy
5)Ensure parts meet quality and customer requirements
6)Support Production and Shift Leaders on production schedule and output requirements
7)Liaise with QA, Production and Shift Leaders to resolve any quality issues
8)Perform Daily, Weekly and Quarterly Preventive Maintenance on machines on a regular basis
9)Ensure 5S of the production area is upkeep and maintained

Requirements:
•2 years’ experience in precision machining industry
•CNC Tool Setting
•Knowledge of CNC machine and tooling requirement
•Read and interpret part prints
•Editing of CNC programs
•Aircon working environment
•NTC2 / Higher Nitec, or equivalent
•Read/Write/Speak English. Must be able to converse in Mandarin.

Remuneration:
•Basic salary: $1800- $2500 (depending on experience)
•Allowances: $160-250 ( for night shift)
•Average Salary :$3000-$4000 (After OT)
•Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am to 6.15pm, if OT up to 8.45pm (Morning shift)
• : Mon – Fri, 8.30pm to 6.15am, if OT up to 8.45am (Night shift)
•Rotate every 4 weeks (4 weeks morning shift; 4 weeks evening shift)- rotating shift
•IF works on weekend, then will be considered as OT
•OT x 1.5 per hours
•Entitled to AL and MC
