Events Designer

Roles & Responsibilities
*Responsible for design conceptualization and deliverable of proposed visuals
*Think creatively and communicate ideas well through graphics on print or digital media
*Provide graphic design support for events team
*Able to liaise with the client for design feedback/revisions
*Will work closely with production team & vendors on the print jobs and finished products.
*Prepare files and assist in final production from artwork into final product
*Work closely with events team on brain storming sessions and to research on project relevance and creative contributions
*Manage preparation of artwork, technical drawing and conformance to specifications
*To update and modify revision of drawings as required

Requirements
*Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications, Event/Exhibition Design or related disciplines
*Min 2 years experience as event designer
*Digital/ Hybrid event co-ordination and management
*Must have good organizational, analytical, and coordinating abilities. Proficient in space planning, 3D perspective, elevation plans, detailed drawings

Remuneration
*Basic salary: $2500 – $4,000 (Depends on experience)
*Working hours: 44 hours per week, need to discuss with boss the working timing as event company, working timing are flexible
*Entitles to Annual Leave, Medical Leave and Bonus depends on company performance and individual performance
*Salary increment depends on individual performance
