Responsibilities:
1. Attend to customers at physical store for collection, walk-in purchases or dine in.
2. Respond to email and social media enquiries in a timely manner.
3. Assist in the maintenance of the service area and retail stock.
4. Assist in packing of orders and coordination of deliveries
5. Offer friendly and efficient services to all customers and attending to their needs, complaints and
enquiries on various platforms (ie. email/Instagram)
6. Work closely with Management Team to be aware and updated on all Sales/Marketing activities
7. Processing of orders from stockists and communicating to relevant team members to coordinate fulfilment.
8. Assist in inventory management, ordering stocks and ensuring latest products are updated in the POS system.
9. Assist in all internal and external events.
10. Preparing and serving food, making coffee and tea
11. Ensure correct items are keyed in POS system for bill settlement.
12. Ensure the display is fully stocked and can meet the menu at all times, notifying the Operations Manager or kitchen staff of any shortage.
13. Clean the café areas, inside and outside and ensure they are safe and hygienic at all times.
14. Check that all café facilities, equipment or furnishings are in good order and to report any damage.
15. Follow the normal operating plan, ensuring correct opening and closing times and setting up and clearing down as required.
16. Assist with preparing food for bookings, ensuring these are ready on time.
17.Ensuring the completion of daily financial paperwork and cash handling and that all expenditure is covered by an invoice or receipt.

Requirement:
1. Min “O” Level and above
2.Fluent in English (Is a MUST)
3. Follow the organisation’s personal, food and beverage hygiene standards.
4. Follow the organisation’s workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
5. Culinary experiences, barista or bartender training is a plus

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1800-$2300 (depending on experiences)
*Working Hours:11am to 11pm
*5 days’ work week (Might change to 4 days work week once enough manpower); off days to be determined during interview-work on weekend, based on shift
*OT x 1.5 per hour
*Entitled to 15% off for staff discount
*Entitled to $350 per annum for medical coverage
*Work on Sunday; entitled to off in lieu
*Entitled Annual and Medical Leave
