Responsibilities:
1.Attend to customers at physical store for their beverage orders.
2.Able to recommend a variety of coffee drinks, alongside pastries and entremets available at store.
3. Has the knowledge and able to perform coffee grinding, brewing, artisan and speciality beverages.
4. Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment.
5. Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs.
6. Mix and curate creative cocktails and mocktails.
7. Able to recommend a variety of alcoholic beverage to customer taste and preferences.
8. Maintain bar inventory and cleanliness.
9. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and mixed cocktails.
10. Follow the normal operating plan, ensuring correct opening and closing times and setting up and clearing down as required.
11. Able to receive and process payment on POS system
Requirement:
1.Min O level and above
2.Fluent in English (Is a MUST)
3. Follow the organisation’s personal, food and beverage hygiene standards.
4. Follow the organisation’s workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
5. Culinary experiences, barista or bartender training is a plus
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000-$2800
*Working Hours:11am to 11pm
*5 days’ work week (Might change to 4 days work week once enough manpower; off days to be determined during interview-work on weekend, based on shift
*OT x 1.5 per hour
*Entitled to 15% off for staff discount
*Entitled to $350 per annum for medical coverage
*Work on Sunday; entitled to off in lieu
*Entitled Annual and Medical Leave
