Responsibilities:
-Assist Planner in event operations (Wedding & Corporate event)
-Operation of AV/PA for the event
-Set up chairs & tables for event
-Assist program coordination with planners & vendors for event
-Take care of stock
-Filing and sorting of documents
-Photocopying and email correspondence
-Purchase of some office supplies and items for event
-Other event and office miscellaneous duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:
-Minimum O levels and above
-No experience required, training will be provided
-Physically fit (Required to handle bulky/heavy items i.e moving of tables & chairs from one place to another)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular MS Word and MS Excel.
-Bilingual in English and Mandarin
-Willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2300-$2800 (depending on experience)
-Working hours: 44 hours per week (need to perform shift work depending on event type)
* Normal working day: 10AM-7PM (Including 1 hour meal break)
* Event day: 7AM-4PM OR 2PM-11PM (Including 1 hour meal break)
* Rehearsal day: depends on rehearsal time but will work for 8 hours + 1 hour meal break
-Taxi fare is allowed to be claim before7.30AM (Arrival time) and after 11PM (departure time)
-Rest days: 8 days per month
-If required to work on a Public Holiday, employee will be given another off day in the same month
-Accumulated OT hours will be used as the additional off day
-Entitled to Annual Leave and Medical Leave
-Entitled to AWS and Bonus based on individual’s performance
