Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness.
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Prepare and process food items for production
• Ensure sufficient supply of ingredients for food preparation
• Ensure standard quality and taste of food (as per SOP)
•Cook food, (employer will provide training
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Sweep and wash floors
• Do packing if needed
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Ensure cleanliness of workplace
• Assist in other ad hoc duties when required
Requirement:
*N level and above
*Must have kitchen related experience
*At least some cooking knowledge
Remuneration:
*Basic salary: $1800-$2000
*Working Hour : 8.30am-6.30pm(Mon-Fri), 8.30am-1.30pm(Sat)
*Air corn working environment
*5.5 days work week
*Rest day: 6 days per month
*Entitle to annual leave and medical leave
