数控机械师

Responsibilities
*Familiarize with 3 to 5-axis CNC machines.
*Perform machining of mould inserts/components to meet specifications.
*Work with Supervisor & Section Leader on all new mould to meet delivery schedule.
*Ensure breakdown tools are reinstated in running order to minimize production downtime
*Maintain the machines under his care.
*Observe safety rules strictly and maintain discipline in the Toolroom.
*Maintain good 5-S and cleanliness of Toolroom..
– Perform any other duties assigned by the superior

Requirement
*N level and above
*NTC 3 or NTC 2 in Metal Machining or Tool & Die Making(Injection Mold).
*Familiar with Fanuc & Heidenhain Controller, Able to operate Makino / OKK / DMG CNC 3-Axis machines & Toolroom equipment.
*Familiarize with UG or NX Cad/Cam software.
*Able to interpret Cam Setting sheet & 2D details drawing.
*Hardworking and eagerness to learn.

Remuneration
*Basic salary: $1500-$3000(Depends on experience)
*Attendance Allowance $100
*Working hour: 8.15am – 5.15pm (Mon – Fri), 8.15am – 12.15pm (Sat)
*5.5 days week
*6 rest day per month
*OT 1.5
*Entitle for annual leave and medical leave
*Good performance entitle for increment
*Entitle for bonus if good performance
*Average salary $2500-$3500 or above
