Project Manager

Job Description
– Planning and monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion
– Manage and lead project team on day-to-day operation
– Monitoring budget as well as cost control
– Project meeting with client for works progressing and completion
– Coordinate with local authority department for project submission, obtain approval and handling over
– Monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion
– Responsible for project tendering works
– Overall responsible for project supervision & management
– To lead and communicate in project, communicate with consultant, main-con, sub-con and all level of staff
– Managing sub-contractors and suppliers
– Managing/Designing non-compliances issues and proposing preventing and corrective measure on project
– Ensure team member take care of customer property
– To communicate company, request to sub-ordinate / sub-contractor
– Ensure team member follow company Safety Rules and Regulation
– In charge of project / Job Description procedure.

Job Requirements
– Diploma/Degree in Civil and Construction Engineering or Mechanical
Engineering
-Must be willing to travel /outstation
-Must be fluent in spoken English

Remuneration
-Basic Salary: RM8,000-RM15,000
-Monday – Saturday:8am – 5pm
-Entitled to AL (starts from 14 days) and medical leave
