Production Manager

Job Description
– To participate and contribute in Kick Off Meeting arrange by Tender and Proposal Department (T&P) prior Project in Factory start.
– To initiate, chair and control Project internal discussion/Project Spec.
– To review and make decision project work sequence.
– To review and make decision man-power loading.
– To review and make decision machineries, equipment and consumables loading.
– To review and make decision master project schedule.
– To review and comment Material Take Off
– To review and comment drawing issue by Design Engineer.
– To review and comment drawing issue and commented by client.
– To review and comment QAQC procedure issue by QA Engineer.
– To review and comment QAQC procedure issue and commented by client.
– To review and make decision relocate including advise project budget given by T&P
– To review and make decision on controlling budget by monitor planning as per actual.
– To monitor, advise and stop work on daily work plan of Fabrication, taking into account safety, material, asset and life
– To monitor, advise and stop work of quality work
– To monitor, advise and stop work on NDE work if not following company SOP.
– To work closely with other department for daily work, quality control, quality assurance including process improvement.
– To take reasonable care for the safety & health of own self and other staff who may be affected by his/her acts or omissions at work.
– To co-operate with his employer or any other staff in the discharge of any duty or requirement imposed on the employer or that other staff by under OHSAS Act or any regulation.
– To wear or use at all times any protective equipment or clothing provided by
the employer for the purpose of preventing risks to her safety and health.
– To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and
health instituted by employer or any other staff by or under OHSAS Act or
any regulation.
– To submit daily report to immediate superior and cc to HR. Report to
submit by end of month.

Job Requirements
– Degree/Master in Engineering – Civil and Construction Engineering or Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Chemistry
-Knowledge in AutoCAD & all Microsoft Office Software
– Proactive, innovative, team player, analytical, with strong business acumen
– Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information
– Planning and prioritizing activities
-Must be fluent in spoken English

Remuneration
-Basic Salary: RM8,000-RM12,000
-Monday – Friday:8am – 5pm; Saturday:8am- 12pm
-Entitled to AL (starts from 14 days) and medical leave
