空调技术员

Job Description
-Inspects, maintains, and repairs various types and brand of air conditioner system, including split units, window, VRV/F and casement units
-Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works in air conditioning system
-Able to troubleshoots and diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions
-Carry out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coils motor and other parts etc
-Carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs to building works and M&E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system
-Able to communicate effectively customer and clients in English
-Able to write proper English on service reports
-Any other tasks, when required by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements
-At least 2 years of working experience in related field
-Able to work independently
-Installation skills is required
-Nitec in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-Applicant must be willing to work 6 days
-Experience with mechanical/electrical installation and systems
-A team player with good interpersonal skills
-Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills
-Willing to work OT when required is preferred
-Immediate vacancy with attractive benefits

Remuneration
-Basic Salary: $ 1,000 and $3,000 and above (Depending on experience)
– 6 working days:830am – 530pm
-OT x 1.5 per hour
-Entitled to AL(starts from 14 days) and medical leave
