Responsibilities:
•Perform admin duties (answering calls, receiving of goods & etc)
•Handle incoming & outgoing shipment
•Handle & processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
•Monitor project delivery closely
•Source and qualify new vendor
•Co-ordinate with other department in relations to delivery & sales matters
•Work closely with Finance Department on billing matters.
•Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material, events or tradeshow
•Provide customer service
•Booking of flights, hotels, transport for visitors / staff when required.
•Prepare packing list for tools and submit for Label printing by Logistics department.
•Scanning and uploading documents into sharepoint
•Handle customer enquiries on online platform such as Alibaba
•Assist in revamping Company’s website
•Digital Marketing
•Tradeshows
Requirement:
•At least 1 year experience in Admin
•Minimum N Level
•Fast-paced working environment with minimal supervision
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1800 – $2500 (Depending on experience)
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (In office), Sat half day (WFH if tasks not finished, if no tasks can off), Sun/PH off
*Entitled to 14 days Annual Leave and Medical Leave
